Executive Officers:
Richard J. S. Wigington,
P. Geol. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wigington founded Seventh Energy in May 1996.
As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the overall management
and strategic direction of the Company. Mr. Wigington graduated
from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Geology
in 1974, and from the University of Western Ontario with a Master
of Science in Geology in 1978. After an early career in exploration
and development with Gulf Canada and Westmin Resources, he was Exploration
Manager of Renaissance Energy from 1981 to 1986. In January 1986,
Mr. Wigington left Renaissance to become a co-founder of Pinnacle
Resources, of which he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer from 1986 to 1994. Mr. Wigington stepped down as an executive
officer of Pinnacle in January 1994, but remained as Chairman until
1996, when he resigned to found Seventh Energy. Mr. Wigington is
a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional
Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Roger W. Hume, P.
Geol. President, Director and Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hume is responsible
for the day-to-day operations of the Company. Mr. Hume graduated
in 1974 from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science
Honours in Geology. From 1974 to 1986, he gained broad industry
experience in wellsite geology, exploration geology and property
evaluations while working for Geoservices S. A., Elf-Aquitaine,
Fekete & Associates, and Hume Mann & Associates. Mr. Hume
then held senior exploration positions with Moreland Oil & Gas
and its successor, Sugar Creek Oil & Gas, from 1986 to 1991.
In 1991, he became a founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
of Westward Energy. When Westward merged with Seventh in October
1997, Mr. Hume remained with the Company as a Director, President
and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hume is registered as a Professional
Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists,
and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Glenn F. Mayville,
CA, CFA Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mayville is responsible for accounting, financial
reporting, tax, treasury, and administration for Seventh. After
graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1980 from Concordia University
in Montreal, he articled with the accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins
& Sells (a predecessor partnership of Deloitte & Touche).
From 1987 to 1998, Mr. Mayville was Vice President Finance and Administration
of Pinnacle Resources. He joined Seventh full-time in December 1998.
Mr. Mayville is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta since 1988. He
is also a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and is a member
of the Association for Investment Management and Research.

Robert R. Padget,
P. Eng. Vice President Engineering and Operations
Mr. Padget is responsible for the engineering,
production, and operations functions of the Company. Mr. Padget
graduated in 1972 from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor
of Engineering degree. From 1972 to 1985, he gained experience in
a wide range of engineering disciplines including production, facilities,
reservoir engineering, and property evaluations while working for
Hudson’s Bay Oil & Gas, PanCanadian Petroleum and Home
Oil. Between 1985 and 2001, he managed engineering and production
departments for Home Oil and Encal Energy. When Calpine Canada acquired
Encal in 2001, he assumed the role of Vice President Engineering
and Operations. He joined Seventh Energy in March 2003 in his current
capacity. Mr. Padget is registered as a Professional Engineer with
the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists
of Alberta.

Paul A. Pypers, Vice
President Land and Contracts
Mr. Pypers has responsibility for land negotiation
and administration at Seventh, as well as property divestitures
and acquisitions. Mr. Pypers began his career at Dome Petroleum
and has more than 30 years of land related experience. Prior to
joining Seventh, he held various management and executive land positions
at Dynex Petroleum, Enron Oil & Gas, Grad & Walker Resources,
and Petrorep Resources. He joined Seventh as Land Manager in 1997
and was promoted to Vice President later that year. Mr. Pypers is
a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Outside Directors:
John F. Costello, Q.C.
Mr. Costello is a solicitor and partner with the
law firm Field Atkinson Perraton LLP, and practices in the areas
of commercial and lending law. Mr. Costello retired from Field Atkinson
Perraton LLP effective April 1, 2003. He previously served on the
Board of Pinnacle Resources from 1988 to 1998. Mr. Costello serves
on the Company's Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

S. Wilfred Hansen,
P. Geol.
Mr. Hansen is a registered Professional Geologist
in Alberta. From 1978 to 1987, he was a partner with the evaluations
engineering firm of Coles, Nikiforuk, Pennell & Associates.
From 1987 to 1995, he was Executive Vice President of Northridge
Exploration. Since 1995, Mr. Hansen has managed his own private
investment company. Mr. Hansen serves on Seventh's Audit and Reserves
Evaluation, Environmental, and Safety Committees.

Robin C. Mann, P. Geol.
Mr. Mann is a registered Professional Geologist
in Alberta. His experience lies in exploration management, and geological
and reserves evaluation consulting. From 1992 to 1997, he was Vice
President Exploration and a director of Westward Energy, a predecessor
company to Seventh. Mr. Mann is currently a partner in the petroleum
consulting firm of Ashton Jenkins Mann. He serves on the Compensation
and Reserves Evaluation, Environmental, and Safety Committees of
Seventh.

Mark L. Shilling, CA, CFP
Mr. Shilling is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified
Financial Planner with Canadian Wealth Management Ltd., a financial
planning organization. He has an extensive background in the financing
and management of small private and public oil and gas companies.
Mr. Shilling was previously a director of Westward Energy from 1992
to its amalgamation with Seventh, and of Pinnacle Resources from
1989 to 1998. Mr. Shilling is the Chairman of Seventh's Audit Committee.

Gregory G. Turnbull
Mr. Turnbull is a solicitor and partner with the
legal firm McCarthy Tétrault LLP. He has an extensive background
in corporate and securities law, having served as a director, corporate
secretary, or assistant corporate secretary, for over 20 small to
large oil and gas companies. Mr. Turnbull currently serves on Seventh's
Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
